Position Description: Management Trainee Program
We are seeking individuals who want to work in an upbeat, fast-paced, social environment who are interested in sales, marketing and management. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills & leadership ability for our Manger Training Program. Students selected will participate in a formal six to eight week training program that includes one week at our Division Training Facility. During our comprehensive training program you’ll gain experience in all facets of wholesale/retail store operations, customer service, product knowledge, human resources, credit/collection management and what it takes to run million dollar businesses. Upon completion of training you are placed in your first assignment as an Assistant Manager & this prepares you for Branch Management or Architectural, Industrial, & Chemical Coatings Sales Representative opportunities. Academic Majors:
