Position: Management TraineeIf you are a self-motivated, high achieving college graduate who has demonstrated superior levels of personal accomplishment and exhibited leadership skills through either work experience or extracurricular activities, then we want to talk to you about starting your career path as a Management Trainee for G&K Services!
Enhance your career in a development- focused Management Trainee Rotation program where you will learn the essentials of our business and industry- working closely with our management team who will mentor you along the way!
You will grow and develop (in preparation for a first line supervisory role in Service/Sales) through mentor-led, on-line, classroom training and special assignments.
Management Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor degree in general management, sales, or marketing
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Experience gained in a leadership role through practical work experience (supervising, coaching and developing others) and/or from various extracurricular activities
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Clean driving record and ability to perform essential job functions
- Must be able to travel frequently to designated locations for training
- Relocatable
