As a researcher within the field of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management, Becky's research explores the complexities of social influence and cognitive and emotional processes in the development of perceptions and reactions to implicit HR agreements, explicit HR policies, and family responses to work demands. Specifically, she studies the development of psychological contract under-fulfillment perceptions, reactions to performance appraisal systems, attitude contagion, and spousal influence in the dynamic which exists between work demands and work attitudes. Additionally, Becky has spent time exploring the process of work adjustment for returning Army reservists after a year of war-time deployment.

Her research interests have been guided by her interest in connecting theory to timely organizational concerns. Her work experience is grounded in direct sales, public address, and recruiting. Her objective is to educate future capitalists and researchers with regard to the complexities of the process underlying human perception.
