Profile:

Farzaneh Fazel's teaching interests are in production/operations management, service operations, quality management, and management science. Her major research interests are in operations strategy, just-in-time, waiting line analysis, and quality management.

Fazel serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Managerial Issues, and has published in Quality Management Journal, International Journal of Quality Science, Quality Progress, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Advances in Competitiveness Research, Resources and Energy, and proceedings of the Decision Sciences Institute, Association of Management, and Midwest Business Administration Association.
