Research Interests:

Dr. Chang's major research interests are in the areas of securities market efficiency and imperfections, financial education, and cultural issues in the global financial market.

Profile:

Dr. S.J. Chang, the Associate Dean for MBA and Undergraduate Programs at the College of Business, has taught finance courses for over twenty years at the collegiate level.  His main teaching subjects are corporate financial management, investments, and international finance. 

Recipient of the Korean Honor Scholarship, Sasakawa Fellowship, and Caterpillar Scholar, Dr. Chang has published numerous articles in various academic and professional journals including Financial Review, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Global Finance Journal, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Economics and Business.

He has served on the editorial board of Financial Service Review, Journal of Economics and Financial Education, Finance and Common Good, and American Business Review. Dr. Chang has also served the Korea-America Finance Association as the President and Executive Director.
