Profile:

Joseph Trefzger's teaching interests are real estate and other areas of finance. His research interests include real estate appraisal and property rights.

He has published in Appraisal Journal, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Real Estate Law Journal, Journal of Real Estate Research, Real Estate Review, and Illinois Real Estate Letter. He has presented papers at the meetings of the American Real Estate Society and American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.
