Kevin Ahlgrim's teaching interests include investments, derivatives, and financial management. His research interests include fixed income modeling, financial risk management of insurers, and actuarial science. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (A.S.A.) and a member of the American Aacademy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.).
