November 2006
Volume 2, Issue 2
The Technology and Physical Environment Team is sponsoring the 2006 Technology Buffet on Friday, November 10th in the Executive Board Room. The session includes presentations on two technologies with applications to the classroom: streaming video and NetOP software. Experienced faculty will show those attending how to create and use streaming video to enhance classroom presentations. For those who teach in laboratory classrooms, there will be a demonstration of NetOP Software that allows the instructor greater control over student computers. With NetOP the instructor has the ability to limit access, push out specific content to all students, or simply deny access.
Send your RSVP to Heather Harper hgharpe@ilstu.edu in the dean’s office to insure enough food is ordered for participants. As schedule for the event is below.
