Executive Board Room
The Executive Boardroom was designed to support the shared governance goals of the University and college providing a unique, professionally furnished space for large group meetings. The room seats 28 and will be used to host advisory councils, committees, and other gatherings.
This area of the building is located in room 412 and supports catering and spaces for relaxed conversation between sessions. The room may also be used in conjunction with the Executive Classroom to host corporate meetings and events by our business partners.
The audio visual system in this room is similar to that found in the other classrooms in the building:
- LCD Projector: 4000 lumens, high resolution
- Portable control touch panel which controls room resources and acts as the computer monitor
- Computer – Exact same software as on student computers
- VCR
- Document Camera
- DVD in computer
- Laptop hookup for image, audio and networking
- ALS Sound system to amplify room sounds and project to Infrared headphones used by hearing impaired students
